Alpha is a place to connect with other people who are open to exploring life, faith, and meaning. Each session includes a time to connect with others (over a free meal), hear a short talk on an element of the Christian faith, and then a chance for each person to share their own questions with the group. We’d love to hear your perspective! Our next Alpha course will launch in January 2026.

Held in the Parish Hall Loft during Sunday Mass, our Kids' Sunday School is filled with lots of laughter, games, creative crafts, kid-friendly snacks, and fun, spirit-filled Bible teaching. This is best suited for ages 5-12, and parents and caregivers are welcome to visit too. We offer a variety of children & youth events during the year, so be sure to follow our social media channels or subscribe to our email list to stay informed!

Saint James believes the local church can become a place in our culture to experience beauty, creativity, and transcendence in art and music. We strongly desire to be a space that connects artists with the ultimate Creator, awakens a spark of creativity in every person, and conveys God’s love to the world in authentic and creative ways. Saint James’ popular Adult Enrichment Program, Our Place, is currently on hiatus. Directed by Laurie McIntosh, Our Place met weekly and featured an array of fun and interesting activities, as well as hearty and healthy food. It primarily provided socialization and enrichment activities for adults and, though not officially a respite program, could offer respite to primary caregivers of qualifying individuals.
